Furthermore you acknowledge that you understand and know that the temperament and character of equines are unpredictable. You know that there are risks not limited to, but including, the animals biting, kicking, running away, shying with potential to cause harm to the animal in question, yourself, your child, other animals , and damage to facilities. You know the risks and dangers involved in such activities, and that unanticipated and unexpected dangers may arise during such activities, and you assume all risk to you, or your child’s person and/or property that may be sustained in connection with equine activities.
You represent and certify that your true age is over 18, and if you are under 18 years, you represent and certify that you have the permission of your parents and/or guardians to participate in equine activities, and that they have full knowledge thereof.
You certify that your attendance and participation in equine activities is voluntary.
You understand that under Arizona Law, pursuant to A.R.S. S12-553 an equine activity sponsor or professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

Your membership is good for however many months you signed up for from the date of sign up. Your membership is not automatically renewed and access to the site materials will be removed once membership has expired. A new membership purchase is required to regain access.
Tessa Nicolet and Cohesive Horsemanship reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time with or without refund.
Requests for refunds for any membership will be reviewed case by case.
